Gymanger provides sports facility management software that helps gyms, clubs, and sports facilities manage memberships, bookings, scheduling, payments, access control, point of sale, and related operations.

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes that affect their use of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Prices and promotional offers (such as limited-time discounts) are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our money-back guarantee where applicable, as communicated at the time of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, uploading malicious code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your staff enter into the platform, including member records, pricing, and billing information.

The Gymanger name, logo, software, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Gymanger and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (such as your member and business records). We will only use this data to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymanger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or Gymanger.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
